Andrew Hedley spoke to the Birmingham branch of the Managing Partners’ Forum about the implementation of a key client management initiative. Feedback from delegates included “I found the presentation enlightening and food for thought” and “I thoroughly enjoyed your show. Andrew Hedley spoke at the >White Paper “Aggressive Client Acquisition and Retention Strategies” conference about strategy implementation.
